Technology Support Built Around Real Relationships
Tech-Byte Services helps small businesses use technology with greater confidence—without confusing explanations, unnecessary complexity, or impersonal service.
Helping Small Businesses Since 2017
Tech-Byte Services was founded in Henderson, Kentucky, with a straightforward purpose: give small businesses access to capable, dependable technology support without making them feel overlooked.
Many small organizations rely on the same technology as much larger companies, but they do not always have an internal IT department or a trusted person to guide them. When something stops working, they need more than a support ticket. They need someone who understands their business and takes ownership of finding a solution.
Since 2017, Tech-Byte has continued expanding beyond traditional computer support to help businesses with cybersecurity, cloud backup, phone systems, websites, business software, and workflow automation.
Hands-On Experience. Personal Service.
Ryan Giles brings more than 15 years of experience working with business technology. His background ranges from troubleshooting everyday workstation problems to implementing communications platforms, cloud services, business applications, websites, and automated workflows.
Ryan believes good technology support begins with listening. Before recommending a product or platform, he works to understand how the business operates, what is creating frustration, and what a successful outcome should look like.
That personal approach remains central to Tech-Byte Services. Clients receive straightforward guidance, clear communication, and solutions designed around their actual needs.
Values
Be Accessible
Technology problems are stressful. Clients should know where to turn and feel confident that their concerns are being taken seriously.
Keep It Practical
The most expensive or complicated solution is not automatically the best one. Technology should fit the business.
Explain the Options
Clients deserve to understand what is being recommended, why it matters, and what it will cost.
Build for the Future
Solutions should address today’s needs while leaving room for the business to grow.
